Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Minnesota is seeking a Sales & Service Technician to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will install and balance tires, rotate and inflate, service TPMS, and assist customers and teammates.

The role offers on-the-job training, a competitive pay range, and comprehensive benefits after eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and more. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.00 - $23.75 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
