Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service associate in Colorado to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotations and TPMS work, and support customers with a high standard of service.

You will operate equipment, test batteries, assist teammates, and help drive store sales while upholding company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds and physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and reach for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels, including repair, rotation, and inflation.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels; test batteries.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls; provide great service.
• Promote store sales and use the Best Tire Value Promise for customers.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45
