Les Schwab Tire Center in Washington state seeks a Sales & Service associate focused on tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will deliver friendly, responsive service while following company policies and Code of Conduct.

You will perform tire rotations, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and on-site service work with a team that values training and growth. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
attaching and rebalancing wheels
installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
washing tires and wheels
testing and installing batteries
using and maintenance of equipment
assisting other employees
test driving vehicles
operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Experience
