Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Tire Technician to join our Retail team. Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair as directed by the Service Manager, with an emphasis on safety and quality.

This role requires physical strength and stamina; you will assist with inventory, maintain a clean work area, and participate in training to stay current on best practices. Pay ranges from $15.30 to $30.70 per hour and eligible for commissions, with full benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with automotive tires is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Lift and move tires weighing up to 250 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and demanding work conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check.

Job Category Retail Position Summary

Perform a variety of tire services and repairs on customer vehicles. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.


Pay Range: $15.30 - $30.70 Commission Eligible
