Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to work in a fast-paced setting, servicing tires for customers and drivers from various locations. No experience? No problem — training is provided to get you up to speed, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No prior tire service experience required – we’ll train you on the job.
• Strong customer service mindset and safety-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for tires up to commercial vehicles.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping.
• Move and lift up to 75+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
• Follow safety policies to protect customers and team members.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a Department of Transportation medical card (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
