Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Waukegan, IL is looking for a Tire Technician to join a results-focused, performance-driven team that delivers fast, accurate, elite service to customers. You’ll mount, balance, and rotate tires, perform oil changes, and help drive shop efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire/lube or automotive service preferred.
• Reliable, team-focused and safety-minded.
• Able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Work with team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills allow.

Tire Technicians:
