Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Temecula, CA is hiring a Tire Technician to join a results-focused team that delivers speed, accuracy, and elite service.

You'll mount, dismount, balance, rotate tires, inspect for issues, and assist with light mechanical tasks. There are growth opportunities into roles like Mechanic or Service Advisor as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
