Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Texas to keep tires safe for customers and drivers. No prior experience? No problem—you will receive training and a clear growth path.

You will handle tire sales, removal, and replacement for trucks and roadside service, maintain the shop, and work a rotating day and night schedule. This is physical work requiring lifting up to 75 pounds, done safely with a team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in variable temperatures.
• Rotating schedule including day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles.
• Maintain store facilities and perform housekeeping.
• Lift 75+ pounds and work in variable temperatures.
• Follow safety policies and provide excellent customer service.
• Rotate days/nights as needed.
• Assist with DOT medical card process (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
