Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Tire Technician in Donna, TX. You will be involved in tire removal, replacement, and installation for commercial vehicles, both in shop and roadside service. Training is provided; experience is not required.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, and you may rotate between day and night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will teach you.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to work a rotating day and night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and equipment; assist with general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure safety and customer satisfaction by following company policies.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
