Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring Tire Technicians to support fast-paced service for customers and drivers across our locations. You’ll learn tire sales, installation, and roadside service with hands-on training.

No prior experience required; we provide paid training, a welcoming team, and opportunities for career growth. Benefits begin after 30 days and include health coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sale, removal, and replacement of tires for shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and varying temperatures.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work a rotating schedule with day and night shifts.
• Possess ability to obtain a Department of Transportation medical card (paid by employer).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
