Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores in Georgia is hiring Tire Technicians for a fast-paced shop environment. You’ll interact with customers and drivers, perform tire sales, removals, and replacements, and help with store upkeep. No experience?

We’ll teach you! You’ll work day or night shifts on a rotating schedule, and may obtain a medical card paid by Love’s. We offer tuition assistance, health benefits after 30 days, a 401(k) match, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and career development

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles and roadside service.
• Repair and maintain store equipment and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in variable temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
