Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians. The role involves tire sale, removal, and replacement for various vehicles in a fast‑paced shop and roadside setting. Training is provided, with emphasis on customer safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain the store facility and equipment; perform general housekeeping duties.
• Follow safety policies to protect customers and coworkers.
• Work a rotating schedule that may include day and night shifts.
• Obtain a medical card through the DOT (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
