Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to join a fast-paced team serving customers and drivers across our locations. You will handle tire removal, installation, and safety inspections while delivering friendly, reliable service.

No experience is required as training is provided. You’ll lift up to 75 pounds, work rotating day/night shifts, and be eligible for benefits including tuition assistance, PTO, health insurance after 30 days, and a 401(k) match. We value safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No experience required; Love's will train you.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work in varied temperatures.
• Rotating day/night shifts with safety as a priority.
• DOT medical card attainment paid by Love's.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for tires on shop and roadside service.
• Repair and maintain store equipment and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Operate in a safe manner, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
