Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops Tire Technicians are sought in Tecumseh, KS to handle tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles. You’ll work in a fast-paced shop, maintain cleanliness, and interact with drivers to ensure a positive travel experience.

No experience? No problem—Love’s will train you. You’ll lift 75+ pounds, follow safety policies, and rotate between day and night shifts as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will teach you how to install and service tires.
• Lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Rotating day/night shifts as needed.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sale, removal, and replacement of tires for trucks and drivers.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping.
• Move and lift heavy tires safely; work in varying temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Participate in rotating day/night schedule and shift requirements.
• Assist with obtaining a DOT medical card if needed.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
