Job summary

Robertson Tire is hiring a Tire Technician to join a performance-driven team delivering fast, accurate, and elite tire-related services. Responsibilities include mounting, balancing, TPMS work, oil changes, inspections, and safety-focused shop duty.

Ideal candidates have tire/auto service experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. Weekend availability is preferred to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills grow
