Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in a fast-paced environment near Lynchburg, VA. You will interact with customers and drivers from all over, helping with tire sales, removal and replacement for various vehicles. Training is provided if you have no experience, and safety comes first.

The role involves lifting 75+ pounds, working in different temperatures, and a rotating day/night schedule. Love’s covers safety policies and DOT medical card costs when applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will teach you!
• Take ownership of tire sales, removal and replacement for tires including commercial vehicles.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Safety and customer satisfaction are priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sale, removal and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and store facility maintenance including general housekeeping duties.
• Move, lift 75+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
• Always follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and teammates.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions
