Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Wisconsin to provide tire sales, removal, and service for trucks, cars, and roadside calls. No experience is required; we will teach you the skills you need to succeed.

You will join a fast-paced, customer‑facing team with opportunities for growth, and you’ll benefit from our tuition assistance, health coverage after 30 days, a 401(k) match, and flexible scheduling as part of a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in varied temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per company policies.
• Rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
