Gills Point S Tire & Auto in Jackson, MI is seeking a Service Technician to perform tire services, inspections, and basic automotive maintenance. Training is provided, and you’ll grow with a supportive team focused on safety and customer care.

As part of a fast-paced shop, you’ll help customers with tire recommendations, operate shop equipment safely, and contribute to a clean, organized work area. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds
• Positive attitude and good communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
• Inspect vehicles for tire wear, damage, and basic maintenance concerns
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and service needs
• Perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections

Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment.
