Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Oregon is seeking a Tire Technician to join our team. You will service tires for trucks and vehicles, handle roadside calls, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

No prior experience? No problem—we'll train you. You will work in a fast-paced setting, with rotating day/night shifts and opportunities for career growth and safety training. Join a winning team focused on customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to work a rotating day/night schedule.
• Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for trucks and vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift heavy tires; work in close quarters and varying temperatures.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate on a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (provided by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
