Qualifications

• Must perform duties in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Mount/dismount and install tires (new or used).
• Inspect tread wear and tire health; assess valve quality.
• Check air pressure and repair punctures.
• Perform tire rotations and TPMS resets as needed.
• Complete brake inspections and related paperwork.
• Load/unload and store equipment; keep shop clean.
• Assist customers and coworkers; follow supervisor directions.

What You'll Do as a Tire Technician:

• Understand and show empathy towards customer’s tire issues.
• Mount/dismount, install new or used tires.
• Inspect and assess tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality and overall health of the tire.
• Check air pressure, repair punctures and replace faulty valves.
• Complete tire rotations; reset TPMS when needed.
• Complete brake inspections.
• Complete work orders and related paperwork.
• Load/unload and store equipment as needed.
• Maintain, set up tire racks, organize, and clean shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and other co-workers as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

What We're Looking For:

• Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
