Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Idaho Falls to perform tire removal and replacement for commercial vehicles and provide friendly service to customers and drivers on the road. Training is provided and there is room to grow with the Love’s team.

You will work in a fast-paced shop setting, keep areas clean, and follow safety policies while helping customers keep moving. Flexible scheduling and a path for career development are offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in variable temperatures.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for trucks and on-road vehicles, in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain and clean the store facility and equipment; perform general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in close quarters and varying temperatures.
• Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction in accordance with company policies.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts as needed.
• Possibility to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
