Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Tire Technicians to thrive in a fast-paced environment, serving customers and drivers from across the country. You will help keep tires rolling and maintain a clean, friendly shop floor.

No experience is required—we’ll train you. You’ll perform tire sales, removal and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service, follow safety policies, and handle a rotating day/night schedule while putting customers first.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction experience is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in various temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the DOT (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
