Job summary

Burt Brothers is seeking a Tire Technician to join our results-focused team. You will mount, dismount, balance and rotate tires, repair flats, and service TPMS sensors while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role includes oil changes and basic maintenance as you grow. We offer competitive hourly pay with potential commissions and overtime, plus paid vacation/holidays, strong health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and ASE reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience mounting/dismounting, balancing, and rotating tires.
• Ability to repair flats and inflate to specification.
• Knowledge of TPMS sensors and calibration.
• Willingness to perform oil changes and replace filters as needed.
• Commitment to safety and shop cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Tire Technicians:

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors

• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow
