Job summary

H-E-B in Houston is seeking a Tire Technician I to perform basic to mid-range diagnostics, maintenance, and tire repairs. You will work with basic tooling, assist with mounting/dismounting tires, and help manage tire inventory in a team-oriented setting.

The role may involve training others and supporting various tire shop tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards. A CDL, tire certification, and HS diploma are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training other associates as needed.
• Work in an apprentice-style environment with supervisor guidance.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Work Experience: 1+ years of related experience

• Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to work in a team environment
• Required Education: HS Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Required Licenses/Certifications: Obtain / maintain a third-party tire certification
• Required Obtain / maintain a CDL
• Required Meet H-E-B driving qualifications
