Job summary

Discount Tire in Lilburn, GA is seeking a Part-Time Tire Technician to help customers get back on the road safely. You’ll work on the shop floor with a team, performing tire mounting, balancing, and general maintenance with an emphasis on safety and customer service.

You'll enjoy weekly pay, paid training, tuition assistance, and a promote-from-within culture. No desk work, you’ll be on your feet, lifting up to 50 pounds, and growing with on-the-job coaching.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strength: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Automotive enthusiasm: It's a plus but not required (we will train you).
• Hands-on stamina: On your feet, lifting, moving, and hustling with your teammates.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels.
• Providing an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
• Learn by doing with hands-on, on-the-job training and development.
