Job summary

Take Ten Tire & Service is seeking energetic tire service technicians who are team-oriented and safety-minded. The role focuses on assisting with all levels of tire service, including mounting, balancing, andRepairing tires for passenger and truck fleets.

This entry-level position offers a growth path with strong training and adherence to company policies. Candidates should have at least 2 years of tire repair experience, valid DL, and reliable work history.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of tire repair experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership mindset and willingness to lead by example.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires from passenger to large trucks.
• Check for needed additional service.
• Drive to deliver and pick up merchandise and move customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service truck in good condition.
• Unload, load, and stock inventory and assist with physical inventory.
• Operate a forklift where certified.
• Keep shop clean and safe; perform other duties as assigned.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
• Process paperwork promptly and accurately.
