Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and customer service. You will perform tire/wheel installation, balancing, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite road service as needed, while upholding the company’s Best Tire Value Promise.

The position emphasizes fast-paced customer interactions, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities for on‑the‑job training and growth within a large regional tire retailer.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
Attaching and rebalancing wheels
Installing / rebuilding and/or relearning / calibrating TPMS
Washing tires and wheels
Testing and installing batteries
Using and maintenance of equipment
Assisting other employees
Test driving vehicles
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
