Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with a minimum of two or more years related experience.
• Experience preparing work schedules, accurate work orders and tire adjustments.
• Knowledge of ordering, receiving and inventorying gasoline, oil, and automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a strong, effective Tire & Service Center team.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Promote the sales and services of CPI as a whole.
• Follow CPI safety policies and procedures in all tasks.

What the job is:

CPI is looking for someone who has experience preparing work schedules, accurate work order and tire adjustments, ordering, receiving and inventorying of gasoline, oil, and automotive parts and accessories. This person should have a strong mechanical aptitude and know how to do motor tune-ups, replace brakes and change or repair tires. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. The Tire & Service Center Manager will also lead and develop a strong and effective team, collaborate with Operation Managers and promote the sales and services of CPI as a whole.
