Job summary

Cooperative Producers, Inc. in Nebraska seeks a Tire & Service Center Manager to lead daily operations, manage tire services, and uphold safety standards.

You will schedule work, oversee inventory of gasoline, oil and automotive parts, and develop a capable team to deliver trusted service across our local communities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with 2+ years related experience.
• Experience preparing work schedules, handling work orders, tire adjustments.
• Ability to order, receive and inventory gasoline, oil and automotive parts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; knowledge of tune-ups, brakes, and tires.
• Follow safety policies; lead and develop a strong team; collaborate with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a strong, effective Tire & Service Center team.
• Prepare and manage work schedules and accurate work orders.
• Oversee ordering, receiving and inventory of gasoline, oil, and automotive parts and accessories.
• Promote CPI's sales and services and collaborate with Operations Managers.

What The Job Is

CPI is looking for someone who has experience preparing work schedules, accurate work order and tire adjustments, ordering, receiving and inventorying of gasoline, oil, and automotive parts and accessories. This person should have a strong mechanical aptitude and know how to do motor tune-ups, replace brakes and change or repair tires. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. The Tire & Service Center Manager will also lead and develop a strong and effective team, collaborate with Operation Managers and promote the sales and services of CPI as a whole.
