Job summary

Dealer Tire is hiring Tire Sales Specialists in Texas to join a premium automotive dealership team. After training, you will engage customers, inspect vehicles, and recommend tire solutions while achieving sales targets.

Expect a stable 40-hour work week with strong earning potential through base pay plus commission, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 50% 401(k) match. Location: Tomball, TX, friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
