Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist to join our team at a premium automotive dealership in Oakland. You will act as the tire sales expert, engage customers, and close tire sales on the service drive, delivering pricing and solutions that meet customer needs.

You have 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience, a track record of meeting targets, and strong communication skills. This role offers a stable 40-hour week, medical/dental/vision, and a strong earning potential through base

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment. Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
