Dealer Tire, a family-owned international tire distributor, is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist in Santa Clara, CA. You will work inside a premium automotive dealership, selling tires on the service drive and building trusted relationships with customers.

The role offers a stable 40-hour week with a base pay of $28.34–$30.85 per hour plus a targeted annual commission of $13,200, onboarding guaranteed commission, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 50%

What You’ll Do

You’ll work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the tire sales expert customer's trust.

After a Fully Paid Training Program, You Will

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal‑driven, customer‑facing environment. Automotive experience preferred
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)
