Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist in Nashua, NH. You will engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, and build lasting dealership relationships after completing paid training. A strong track record in sales and comfort with fast-paced environments are essential.

You’ll operate with a base pay of $28.34–$30.85/hour plus a targeted annual commission of $13,200. Onboarding includes guaranteed commission for up to 2 months, with benefits and a consistent 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections and identify needs.
• Confidently recommend solutions and provide pricing.
• Close sales and build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
