Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts, is hiring Tire Sales Specialists in Hartford, CT. You will engage customers, recommend tires, and close sales on the service drive after onboarding training.

This role offers a stable 40-hour week, base pay and commission potential designed to reward performance. We value relationship-building, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
