Job summary

Dealer Tire in Texas is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to engage customers, recommend tires, and close sales at the service drive. After paid training, you’ll inspect vehicles, identify needs, and provide pricing while building strong relationships with customers and dealership teams.

The position offers a consistent 40‑hour schedule, base pay in the $28.34–$30.85/hour range, and a target annual commission of $13,200, with full medical/dental/vision and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
