Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections of tires and related parts.
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales to meet targets.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations including inventory and reporting.
