Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service is seeking a Counter Salesperson in Shawano, WI. The role serves as the first contact for store customers, guiding them through tire purchases and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities include recommending services, assisting with inventory, processing invoices, and keeping the showroom inviting. Prior tire service knowledge and strong customer service skills are preferred. This is an on-site, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge or experience in commercial tire services is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on needs and preferences.
• Provide expert recommendations on services and products.
• Assist with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support daily operations.
