Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is hiring an Automotive Tire Counter Salesperson to be the first contact for customers and guide them through the tire purchasing process, ensuring a seamless shopping experience at our stores.

You will provide expert recommendations on services and products, assist with inventory and invoicing, and maintain a clean showroom. Requirements include prior customer service experience, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge or experience in tire services is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on needs and preferences.
• Provide expert recommendations on available services and products.
• Assist with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support daily operations.
