Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical labor in an industrial/outdoor environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading, loading, sorting, and counting tires.
• Assist customers visiting the facility by helping offload tires.
• Support yard, production, and facility operations as assigned.
• Contribute to smooth yard crew operations by assisting teammates.
• Move, stack, organize, and transport tires and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and procedures.
• Operate efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and work cooperatively with supervisors and teammates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
