Job summary

Goodyear, Tupelo plant, is hiring Production Associates for 12-hour rotating shifts. You will operate and monitor tires production lines, lift 50–75 pounds, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $20.76 per hour with potential to earn up to $25.68 per hour plus overtime opportunities. Candidates must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and able to lift heavy materials and work in a noisy plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and lines.
• Remove or shift materials and finished products to maintain flow.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensure product quality and assist with line maintenance.
• Clean equipment and work area during and after shifts.
• Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations.
