Dobbs-Tire- in Akron, OH is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to deliver and coordinate routes, assist with loading/unloading tires, and handle daily admin tasks. You will work hands-on with tires, perform safety checks, and provide great service to customers while keeping operations efficient.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lb, and 40–45 hours per week with occasional overtime in varying warehouse conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and perform physically active tasks.
• Combination of driving and warehouse operations.
• Exposure to various weather and warehouse conditions.
• 40–45hours/week; occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate routes, support drivers with loading/unloading of tires.
• Provide great customer service: answer inquiries, assist with tire loading into vehicles.
• Handle admin tasks: process buy-outs, invoices, returns, and order paperwork.
• Stage, pull, and load products, assist with inventory checks and dispatch tasks.
• Perform daily safety checks, sort mail and deposit coordination, and assist wherever needed.
• Physically demanding: regularly lift and move tires (up to ~50lbs), climb, bend, crouch, and organize large quantities of tires.
