Job summary

DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS in Akron, OH is hiring a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to join our team. You will deliver and coordinate tire routes, assist drivers with loading, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include handling admin tasks, staging and loading products, assisting with inventory checks, and performing daily safety checks. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work 40–45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and perform physically active tasks
• Combination of driving and warehouse operations
• Exposure to various weather and warehouse conditions
• 40–45hours/week; occasional overtime

What You’ll Do

• Physically demanding: regularly lift and move tires (up to ~50lbs), climb, bend, crouch, and organize large quantities of tires
