Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate tire mold manufacturing equipment with precision and contribute to producing high quality tires in one of our mold plants.

The role requires reading technical drawings, adhering to safety standards, and working a 12-hour day shift from Monday to Friday in a fast-paced industrial setting. Prior CNC or maintenance exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read and understand defined technical processes and drawings.
• Legally authorize to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must successfully complete post-offer contingencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate tire mold manufacturing equipment and related industrial machinery with precision.
• Install sipes and vents into molds and ensure output quality.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow work instructions.
• Lift light to heavy materials and work at heights as needed.
