Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the World's largest Midas franchisee, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for our Newton, NJ location. No experience is required as paid training is provided to help you perform tire, lube and basic services while earning a guaranteed base rate plus weekly bonuses.

We offer a 5-day work week with Sundays and another weekday off, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork, and delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services to keep vehicles safe.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with base pay plus weekly bonus payments.
