Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking General Service Technicians for our Newton, NJ center. You will learn to install tires, wheels and perform essential tire services while earning a guaranteed base pay plus weekly bonuses.

No previous automotive experience is required as paid training is provided. The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, teamwork, and safety in a busy shop environment, with a 5‑day work week and benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Assist customers and provide quality service in a fast-paced environment.
