Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Emissions certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous tire and lube technician experience preferred.
• Proficient with tire installation, repair and oil change procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks for optimal vehicle performance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires for even tread wear and vehicle stability.
• Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and time spent per task.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, answer inquiries, and provide outstanding service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and shop guidelines.
