Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent - experience preferred, but we will train motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-technical automotive service repairs.
• Handle tire and wheel services following MAP guidelines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Document services performed.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Regularly attend formal training to remain proficient in changing automotive technology.
• Maintain clean and organized service department and facilities.
