GM Motorsports is seeking a Tire Intelligence Scientist to turn tire, vehicle, testing and race data into actionable insight. You will build data workflows, combine datasets, and apply statistics and machine learning to predict tire behavior for race events.

Collaborate with Tire Science, data engineering, data science, and vehicle dynamics teams to deliver scalable analytics, dashboards, and decision-support tools for test reviews and race preparation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years applying data science to physical systems such as tires or vehicles.
• Experience building analytical models in Python with data libraries.
• Ability to design end-to-end data workflows and explain findings.

• Develop ML models to predict tire behavior and performance.
• Create dashboards and reports for test reviews and race prep.
