Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and customer service. You will install tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotations, and TPMS calibration, and assist customers with our Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels, calibrate TPMS.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote store sales.
