Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in California is seeking a Sales & Service team member to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs and TPMS work, and deliver outstanding customer service to our customers.

This role requires lifting 35–75 pounds, operating equipment, test driving vehicles, and assisting colleagues with a focus on safety and accuracy. Full-time hours and competitive pay with benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install, rebuild, relearn, and calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
